Enterprise Village Site Ready for Customer's Construction to Start

Tarmac Road

Following some eighteen months of construction work, the Old Dalby Enterprise Village site is now ready for freehold purchasers to commence building work of their own purpose-designed properties.

The former steep hillside has been remodelled into three large horizontal plateaus. New main access roads have been built and most of the infrastructure is now in place, delivering mains services in the vicinity of each freehold plot.

A new electricity sub-station is currently being installed with individual metered connection pillars situated on each plateau and a new water main and distribution network has been connected. Site infrastructure including mains water, electricity, sewers, drainage, telephone and broadband ducting are almost complete. The newly sown grass is springing up along the verges and plateau contours and the former steep hillside is no longer recognisable. Site signage, estate street lighting and strategic landscaping by the site owners will proceed over the coming months.

Our first freehold purchasers are approaching contract completions and submitting their detailed planning applications to the local authority. Other customers have negotiated their plot and plateau locations and are preparing to proceed with contract exchanges.
